The Dalek race has all but been wiped out and the remaining survivors have spent hundreds of years in the void.
After all that time spent consumed by the emptiness of nothing alone in their metal coffins, it isn’t surprising that a few of these emotionless aliens have returned from the void in search of a means to repopulate the Dalek race.
While their screams of Exterminate may have been replaced with cries of Procreate, the time spent alone may have impaired their judgement on a suitable mate.
But who am I to say true love can’t exist between a Dalek and a trash can with a plunger?
