One for the Stephen King fans…
The Nineteenth Inning by LostHero is a tribute to Stephen King’s The Dark Tower series, and his love of baseball and the Red Sox.
Based upon the Boston Red Sox logo, fans will know the the team name “Gilead Gunslingers” is based upon the place Roland Deschain hails from and the fact he is a gunslinger. Gone are the famous socks replaced instead by a pair of pistols. Fans of the series may also notice the rose and the number 19 on the guns – common references in the series.
As an added little Easter Egg, the title of the design, The Nineteenth Inning, also contains 19 letters.
The Dark Tower meets The Boston Red Sox in this parody.
